Our beautiful villa is fully air-conditioned and stands in an outstanding landscaped garden with the private south-facing pool/spa and rear of the property overlooking countryside. New pool furnture. The accomodation is open plan design with vaulted ceilings and featured tiled floor in the living area. New carpets throughout all bedrooms, beautifully furnished and fully equipped with cable televisions in 5 rooms (2 LCD'S), Home Cinema system, Movies, 2 DVD players, portable CD player and Playstation 2 and games. For the benefit of our infant guests there is free use of a travel cot, highchair, 2 strollers and baby backpack. Large sceen LCD TV With upgrade digital cable in lounge, FREE WIRELESS internet access, games area with pool table, full set of golf clubs, kids bicycles and scooters. GEORGE FOREMAN barbecue and also charcoal barbecue.
For the benefit of all our guests our villa operates a no smoking and no pets policy.
LOCATION
Our villa is located just off Old Lake Wilson Road with quick access to the 192 and is minutes from Junction 58 of I-4. Its only 10 minutes from Disney and the interstate link provides easy access to Seaworld, Universal Studios and all other attractions.
The newly built Reunion golf resort (which annuallly hosts the LPGA) and Championsgate are just a few minutes away with its world famous David Leadbetter Golf Academy.
Publix supermarket and numerous food outlet takeaways within a couple of minutes from villa at Old Lake Wilson Road. Also there is another Publix supermarket, post office, shops, restaurants (including Chillis) and food outlets located at Championsgate.
Posner Park shopping complex newly opened (only 10 minutes along the road) with names such as JC Penney, Target, Bestbuys and many more.
